We are located off 40th and Old Cheney in the Williamsburg Village. We are on the south side of Old Cheney between 34th and 40th Street.

Our parking lot touches the west side of Walgreen. We are in a strip mall-style building tucked in the corner. Old Cheney Family Medicine is on the West (left side when approaching) half of our building.
